He is a life long student and teacher of Eastern and Western philosophies of growth, mindfulness, and ancient wisdom. He received formal Buddhist vows from Thich Nhat Hanh.
He holds a Masters of Social Work, a Graduate Certificate in Coaching, a Bachelor of.Science in Psychology.

Your first mentoring call is complimentary and an opportunity to see if you and Rick are a good fit. All coaching and mentoring sessions are by Phone or Zoom. Sessions are twice monthly for 60 minutes.
Fees:
Monthly retainer fee is $600.00 for two 60 minute sessions per month. Or 3 month retainer for $1,500.00. Allowing monthly fee to be reduced to $500.00. All mentoring sessions must be used within the retainer timeline.
