WHO
RICK WRIGHT
I bring more than four decades of experience in human development, coaching, psychology, wisdom teachings and organizational consulting. I transformed my successful community-based psychotherapy practice into a global mentoring enterprise. I hold a Masters of Social Work, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Coaching. I apply Eastern and Western approaches to growth including mindfulness, inquiry and meditation.
I have worked with diverse individuals from all walks of life. I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people—accomplished people, searching people, people at turning points, people who have plateaued, seekers, and people wanting to live more deeply.
In business, I have worked with individuals, entrepreneurs, leaders, teams, and organizations including Cisco Systems, DIRECTV, Disney, Ernst and Young, General Electric, Google, Johnson and Johnson, Paramount Pictures, Sony Music, Unity Church, Universal Pictures and Wells Fargo Bank.
My professional experience provides a foundation for my work. My deeper education has come from living, listening, practicing, learning, mentoring and teaching..
I bring curiosity, compassion, perspective, and a lifetime of practice to this work.
I believe each person has a wisdom of their own, often obscured by habit, fear, expectation, or simply the busyness of life.
My role is to help make that wisdom more accessible.

Your first mentoring call is complimentary and an opportunity to see if you and Rick are a good fit. All mentoring sessions are by phone or Zoom.
Fees
1 month: $600 for two 55-minute sessions
3 months: $1500 for six 55-minute sessions
All fees paid in advance. Sessions must be used within the selected timeline. Renewals at your option.
